  • Appointment setting experience

  • Financial services experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact existing agency customers by phone
  • Build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Explain the value of a complimentary Life Insurance Review
  • Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the Financial Professional
  • Confirm appointment details and send reminders
  • Maintain accurate customer notes in the agency CRM
  • Follow up with customers who requested a callback
  • Meet daily call activity goals
  • Meet monthly appointment-setting goals
  • Help strengthen customer relationships with the agency
  • Represent the agency with exceptional customer service
