REQUIREMENTS

• Are comfortable and confident in starting conversations and building trust via messaging
• Love making people feel seen and heard — even in a DM
• Are organized and can keep up with ongoing follow-ups and conversations
• Have experience in appointment setting, social selling, or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Are eager to learn and grow — and are open to feedback and coaching
• Are aligned with the mission of holistic health, gut healing, and women’s empowerment
• Can work U.S. hours across PST–EST
• Are looking for a long-term home to grow with — not a side hustle or stepping stone

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use our DM scripts to connect with inbound leads via Instagram (and possibly Facebook) daily
• Ask strategic questions to qualify leads and guide them to booking a call
• Maintain our DM lead tracker in real-time (conversations, follow-ups, outcomes)
• Consistently follow up with warm leads who didn’t book right away
• Send confirmations, reminders, or rescheduling messages to keep calls on track
• Communicate clearly with the team via Slack and attend occasional team meetings
• Represent our brand voice and mission with care, warmth, and professionalism
