Inside Sales Representative (Inbound)
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Clear, neutral English accent — you’ll be live on calls with US buyers daily (required)
- 2+ years in inside sales, BDR/SDR, customer success, or B2B BPO sales; warm-lead/inbound experience strongly preferred over cold calling
- Confident on live video discovery calls, not just email or chat
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (or another CRM used daily)
- Fast, clear written English for handling email replies
- Reliable availability during US business hours, stable internet, and a quiet call environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — relevant inside-sales or BPO experience matters more to us than your field of study
Preferred
- SaaS, logistics, e-commerce, or hardware/IoT background
- Experience taking a lead from first touch through a first order
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run 3–6 scheduled discovery calls per day with inbound prospects (video/phone)
- Respond to 5–15 inbound email replies daily — qualify, answer questions, send a calendar link, and keep deals moving
- Log every interaction in Salesforce and keep the pipeline clean and current
- Handle small first orders and manage sample-to-pilot conversions end to end
- Follow up consistently on no-shows and open threads
