Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships over calls
  • Willingness to learn automotive spare parts and internal systems (training will be provided)
  • Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Any knowledge on Automobile mechanical/electronic parts is a nice to have

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding automotive spare parts
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to potential customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable parts
  • Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery information
  • Guide customers through the purchase process and close sales
  • Maintain clear communication for after-sales support, including warranty-related queries
  • Update customer interactions and order details in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
