Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mandatory experience in the Dubai/UAE market.
  • Proven experience in Sales & Business Development within the Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Cross-Border Payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE merchant ecosystem.
  • Excellent business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand the client base in the Dubai/UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and enterprise clients.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Increase wallet share and minimize account churn.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with Risk, Operations, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Educate merchants on product features and maximize product adoption.
