Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Mandatory experience in the Dubai/UAE market.
- Proven experience in Sales & Business Development within the Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Cross-Border Payments industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE merchant ecosystem.
- Excellent business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business acquisition and expand the client base in the Dubai/UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and enterprise clients.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Increase wallet share and minimize account churn.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with Risk, Operations, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Educate merchants on product features and maximize product adoption.
