Human Resources Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable conducting video interviews via Zoom
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation accurately
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post and advertise open job positions on behalf of our client.
- Review applicants and reach out to eligible candidates
- Schedule and conduct Zoom interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Collect all required onboarding documentation from candidates who pass the interview
- Submit completed documents to the appropriate portals
- Upon successful completion of all steps, provide the candidate’s contact information to our hiring manager
