Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to multinational environments, strong stakeholder management capability, and familiarity with corporate governance frameworks.
Experience within Real Estate, Construction, EPC, or Fit-Out environments would be highly advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align people strategy with business goals.
- Develop and implement HR plans.
- Enforce HR policies and frameworks.
- Contribute to HR budget planning.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
