Human Resources Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree preferred and 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative, customer services, or office support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, eager to learn mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Support Senior Director of HR, HR Specialist and Payroll Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Respond to basic employee questions and inquiries appropriately
- Tracking licenses, certifications, and other compliance related items
- Assist with team communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Managing/coordinating activity that comes into the HR Email/Inbox
- Perform other related duties as assigned
