Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate degree preferred and 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative, customer services, or office support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, eager to learn mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Support Senior Director of HR, HR Specialist and Payroll Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Respond to basic employee questions and inquiries appropriately
  • Tracking licenses, certifications, and other compliance related items
  • Assist with team communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Managing/coordinating activity that comes into the HR Email/Inbox
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
