Human Resource Officer
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
– Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Problem-solving skills and the capability to handle sensitive employee issues confidentially.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
– High ethical standards and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and aligning interviews with management.
– Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
– Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to facilitate smooth integration.
– Support payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
– Address and resolve employee queries and concerns promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
– Support performance management and appraisal processes to promote employee
