Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of HSE Executive experience, including auditing./p>
Preference will be given with experience in a Fall Protection or Rope Access company.
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations across the Middle East region.
Bachelor’s degree
Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma).
Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Advanced knowledge of fall protection and rope access standards
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel within the region.
Valid UAE Driving License.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HSE policies in line with local laws and global standards.
Provide expert HSE advice to management and site teams.
Ensure compliance with regional HSE regulations.
Conduct on-site and remote audits of business units and subcontractors.
Monitor HSE performance, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee risk assessments and safe operating procedures.
