Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Qualified legal professional with admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s).
– Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration.
– Demonstrated success in handling complex dispute cases in a leading law firm or comparable environment.
– Strong leadership skills with experience managing legal teams and client relationships.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.
– Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced legal setting.
– Proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
– Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
– Commitment to professional ethics and exceptional client service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Lead and manage dispute resolution cases involving litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
– Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies tailored to client needs.
– Advise clients on legal risks and opportunities related to disputes and conflict management.
– Represent clients in court hearings, arbitration panels, and settlement negotiations.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
– Mentor and guide junior lawyers, fostering professional growth and expertise within the team.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance business development efforts.
– Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends impacting dispute resolution.
