HR experience in the UAE Familiarity with DMCC freezone regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS Support onboarding (offers, visas, first-day setup)
Assist with offboarding processes
Respond to employee HR queries
Support health insurance and benefits administration
Liaise with external vendors
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour laws
Assist with audits and maintain HR documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives
Help coordinate events, training, and travel
