REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
- Previous internship experience or relevant coursework related to Human Resources
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
- Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with benefits administration and address employee inquiries
- Support HR projects such as policy development, performance management, and employee surveys
- Conduct research on HR best practices to provide recommendations for improvement
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
