Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid HR generalist foundation with strong administrative and compliance skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn and grow
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide ongoing HR administrative support to clients, including onboarding, benefits tracking, payroll coordination, terminations, and employee inquiries
  • Support Senior HR Consultants on HR projects such as job descriptions, offer letters, leave administration, onboarding and termination materials, and engagement surveys
  • Assist with research and monitoring of employment law updates (CA and other states, as needed)
  • Help maintain consistent HR processes and documentation through SOPs and templates
