REQUIREMENTS
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ High level of attention to detail and professionalism
✔ Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
✔ Basic knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and recruitment procedures
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing employment documentation and assisting new employees during their joining formalities.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including preparing HR letters, maintaining employee files, and updating internal records.
- Coordinate background verification and reference checks for new hires.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports when required.
- Provide support in implementing HR policies and ensuring employees are aware of company procedures and guidelines.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding basic HR-related queries.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work environment.
