Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or HR business partnering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools is preferred.

Preferred

  • 3–8 years of experience in HR or people management roles.
  • Experience in employee relations, talent management, or organizational development.
  • HR certification is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with department heads and leadership teams to support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture programs.
  • Manage performance review and performance improvement processes.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and provide HR insights to management.
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist in organizational restructuring and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams on salary planning and employee rewards.
