REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years’ experience as a proactive recruiting experience preferably in hotels.
- Proven ability to fill leadership roles through proactive sourcing and networking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience using ATS platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed and Glassdoor platforms
- Willingness to travel for university relations, careers fairs and hiring events
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively source, screen and engage candidates for senior hotel leadership roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand property level and regional staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and networking.
- Build and manage relationships with universities and hospitality management programs to promote the company’s employer brand.
- Organize and attend career fairs, campus recruitment events and hospitality school presentations to identify emerging talent.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of summer internship programs with university partners.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment analytics to track progress and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay informed on hospitality industry trends, compensation benchmarks and competitive talent movements.
- Assist the department with other duties and projects that support the department’s goals.
