Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or business development within the hospitality or related industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and persuasively
- Familiarity with marketing principles and technology sales strategies
- Experience in cold calling and we want someone that is a go getter
- Demonstrated success in technical or complex sales environments requiring analysis skills
- Ability to conduct warm calling effectively while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling property management companies across the board to establish a relationship with and get them involved in our services.
- Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, establishing rapport and uncovering their needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with business clients to maximize revenue opportunities
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities
- Utilizing your skills to meeting new customers and establishing a business relationship with them.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that promote hotel amenities and services
- Lead presentations and sales meetings confidently, demonstrating the value of our offerings to potential clients
