REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or business development within the hospitality or related industries
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and persuasively
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and technology sales strategies
  • Experience in cold calling and we want someone that is a go getter
  • Demonstrated success in technical or complex sales environments requiring analysis skills
  • Ability to conduct warm calling effectively while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calling property management companies across the board to establish a relationship with and get them involved in our services.
  • Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, establishing rapport and uncovering their needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with business clients to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Utilizing your skills to meeting new customers and establishing a business relationship with them.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that promote hotel amenities and services
  • Lead presentations and sales meetings confidently, demonstrating the value of our offerings to potential clients
