Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine is mandatory.
• Holds a valid medical license and is eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital medicine or emergency medicine settings.
• Specialist DHA License is required. (Emergency Medicine). ER Experience in tertiary level hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive medical care to acutely ill patients in the Emergency Room, focusing on rapid assessment and stabilization.
• Collaborate with ER physicians, nurses, and specialists to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring seamless patient transitions.
• Manage and coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, optimizing bed utilization and patient flow.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results, including but not limited to, EKGs, X-rays, and lab data.
