Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years professional experience in database marketing, marketing analytics or growth marketing
  • High data acumen; data-driven decision-maker
  • Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to clearly and succinctly articulate results and recommendations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a “can do,” solution-oriented mindset
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills with ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, MoEngage) and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Pendo)
  • Marketing experience in high-growth fintech, neobanking or personal finance industries highly preferred
  • Working knowledge in SQL and comfort with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar) a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive execution and deliver timely, relevant messaging for core product initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels including email, push notifications and in-app messaging
  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests including hypothesis development, test design, sample sizing and evaluation of success
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customer communications strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns in Braze in order to optimize customer acquisition and engagement
  • Use data to define segmentation and targeting strategies, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and iterate on learnings
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities across the funnel in order to increase enrollment and usage rates
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders turning complex findings into a clear narrative that can influence decision-making and accelerate growth.
