REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, demonstrating an ability to understand and meet customer requirements.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
• Familiarity with different substrate types and their compatibility with sublimation and engraving processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute high-quality sublimation printing, ensuring vibrant colors and precise image transfer onto diverse materials like apparel, ceramics, and metal.
• Operate and maintain engraving machinery for detailed personalization on items such as awards, signage, and promotional products.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, offering expert advice on material suitability and aesthetic appeal for sublimation and engraving.
• Manage the entire design process from concept to final production, translating client visions into compelling visual assets.
• Prepare artwork files for both sublimation and engraving processes, optimizing resolution, color profiles, and vector formats.
