REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of integrated design and multidisciplinary project delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with design tools and project management software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project).
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively, prioritise work, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative team setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning, organisation, and coordination of large, multidisciplinary design projects.
  • Support the tracking of project scope, deliverables, and contractual requirements to ensure accurate execution.
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, action logs, and resource plans.
  • Help ensure project workflows align with overall programme milestones.
  • Coordinate day-to-day interactions with engineering and architectural disciplines.
  • Facilitate communication by sharing updates, priorities, and actions with internal project teams.
  • Support project leads in client and stakeholder communication.
  • Assist with coordination between internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure alignment and secure required approvals.
  • Support the review of design documentation to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
  • Help monitor project risks, issues, and progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings, contributing to collaborative problem‑solving and decision‑making.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support the delivery of the Business Unit (BU) strategy, including sustainability and innovation initiatives.
  • Identify potential business development or client engagement opportunities and share them with the team.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in architecture, engineering, and project management.
