REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Digital Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Understanding of construction industry digital tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Solibri, Aconex, CostX)
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI
• Experience with automation tools such as Dynamo, Python, or VBA
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Must be a UAE National with a family book

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide digital support for quantity surveying and cost management teams
• Enhance cost planning, cost control, and value engineering processes using digital platforms
• Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate project information
• Generate information-rich reports and dashboards using data visualization tools
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain digital templates, workflows, and automation scripts
• Provide training and technical support to team members on digital tools
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
