General Manager – Private Banking

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

A University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, a relevant professional designation or MBA or Postgraduate from a reputable institute

20 years of progressive Investment experience, with a minimum of three years at the executive level

Existing network of private banking relationship managers and clients

A proven track record of achievement in management, financial management and customer service

A detailed and working knowledge of private banking operations

Someone with a track record of building assets under management and revenues of a wealth firm and well connected both in the UAE banking ecosystem and also in the region’s wealth management circles 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies.
• Build and manage sales teams and client relationships.
• Design and develop financial products.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report to the Board of Directors on company matters.
