REQUIREMENTS

• Strong imagination and world-building ability
• Passion for fantasy/adventure games and memorable game worlds
• Ability to blend creativity with cohesive design logic
• Skilled in concept art, environment design, or visual development
• Strong understanding of atmosphere, color, shape language, and visual storytelling
• Able to communicate ideas through sketches, references, or mockups

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design unique fantasy worlds, regions, and environmental concepts
• Develop visual themes, atmosphere, lore, and world-building ideas
• Create rough sketches, maps, mood boards, and environmental concepts
• Help establish the artistic direction and identity of the universe
• Collaborate on gameplay ideas tied to exploration and progression
• Design locations that feel iconic, memorable, and visually distinct
• Contribute creative ideas for enemies, puzzles, structures, and environmental storytelling
