REQUIREMENTS

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English and at least one additional language is preferred.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify customer needs and promote appropriate solutions.
• Excellent customer support and client service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Experience with outbound calling or call center environments is a plus but not required.
• Good analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide suitable assistance.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette, cash handling (if applicable), typing accuracy, and attention to detail. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, product details, and service issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems.
• Support clients by offering multilingual assistance, ensuring clear communication across diverse populations.
• Follow established call center procedures to ensure high-quality customer service and compliance.
• Engage in outbound calling when necessary to follow up on unresolved issues or promote new services.
