REQUIREMENTS
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English and at least one additional language is preferred.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify customer needs and promote appropriate solutions.
- Excellent customer support and client service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Experience with outbound calling or call center environments is a plus but not required.
- Good analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide suitable assistance.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, cash handling (if applicable), typing accuracy, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, product details, and service issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems.
- Support clients by offering multilingual assistance, ensuring clear communication across diverse populations.
- Follow established call center procedures to ensure high-quality customer service and compliance.
- Engage in outbound calling when necessary to follow up on unresolved issues or promote new services.
