JOB DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS

High-level proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including advanced retouching techniques.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple galleries simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to estimate and prioritize workflow accurately.
Familiarity with Dropbox and ShootProof or similar file management platforms.
Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and consistency.
Prior experience with wedding photography post-production preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform final quality checks on complete wedding galleries, ensuring all images meet our client’s standards.
Retouch photos in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including color correction, exposure adjustments, masking, distortion correction, and more advanced edits such as removing distractions, fixing blinks, or swapping heads when necessary.
Export finalized images to Dropbox for archiving and upload to ShootProof for client delivery.
Organize files efficiently and maintain a clean, structured workflow across all digital platforms.
Identify missing or inconsistent moments to ensure each gallery tells a cohesive story.
Collaborate with the post-production and creative teams to maintain a consistent aesthetic across all projects.
Contribute to maintaining a seamless client experience by delivering high-quality galleries on schedule.
Stay updated on our client’s editing style and quality standards to ensure consistent output.
Assist in improving post-production workflows for efficiency and quality control.
Support team initiatives for special projects, edits, or urgent client requests as needed.
Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
