REQUIREMENTS

-Experience in event coordination or flow management

-Able to work flexible hours, including weekends-

-Strong communication, leadership, and problem

-solving skillsResponsible, punctual, and proactive

-Own transportation is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Plan and manage the overall event flow from start to finish

-Coordinate with emcee, performers, crew & technical team

-Prepare and maintain event timeline and schedule

-Monitor transitions between segments and troubleshoot issues

-Ensure all segments run smoothly and on time

-Communicate with stakeholders to maintain alignment
