Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• PhD is a plus but not required
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Comfortable communicating with professors and researchers
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Passion for scientific innovation

RESPONSIBILITES

• Identify outstanding researchers in plant science, nutrition, agriculture, food science, biology, AI, robotics, and related fields
• Reach out to professors, research scientists, laboratories, and universities
• Schedule introductory meetings with the CEO
• Manage follow-up communications and onboarding
• Coordinate Scientific Advisory Board invitations
• Maintain a CRM of scientific contacts and collaboration opportunities
• Represent Luya professionally in scientific communications
• Assist with conference outreach and university partnerships
• Help develop future sponsored research programs
