REQUIREMENTS

• 0–2 years of experience as a Florist within the UAE.
• Knowledge of floral arrangement techniques and flower care.
• Understanding of the UAE floral market and current trends.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Available for immediate joining.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, and other floral displays.
• Ensure flowers are properly cared for, watered, and maintained to maximize freshness.
• Assist customers with selecting flowers and floral products based on their preferences and occasions.
• Handle customer orders, including customized floral arrangements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop display.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and flower procurement.
• Stay updated on floral design trends and seasonal products.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow company policies and maintain quality standards.
