RESPONSIBILITES

• Oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing elements meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials, reducing project delays.
• Conduct detailed inspections of finished work to identify defects or discrepancies, providing solutions for rectification.
