REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Finance or Accounting
• One to Three years relevant work experience
• Previous health insurance industry experience preferred sequel knowledge a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports tracking enrollment, revenue and claims, developing a narrative to the organizations financial results
• Prepare quarterly reconciliations to support CMS certifications
• Provide analysis of actual to budgeting and forecasted amounts
• Maintain dashboards to track performance targets and business objectives
• Complete monthly and quarterly calculations for provider incentive programs
• Maintain detailed financial forecasting/budgeting models
• Maintain a risk-based capital model for the company
• Improve financial and operational performance by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
• Collaborate with business partners to incorporate business changes into forecast projections.
