Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)

Confident public speaker with a friendly and outgoing personality

Presentable and well-groomed appearance

Ability to engage and entertain guests from different nationalities

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, events, cabin crew, sales, or public relations is preferred

Comfortable appearing in promotional videos and social media content

Knowledge of Dubai attractions, history, and culture is an advantage

Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist guests onboard our sightseeing bus tours.
• Provide engaging commentary and information about Dubai’s landmarks, culture, history, and attractions.
• Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience throughout the tour.
• Assist with boarding, seating, ticket verification, and guest inquiries.
• Promote Acute Tourism products, experiences, and upcoming tours.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Create social media content and participate in promotional activities when required.
• Represent the company with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
