Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data analysis tools
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus
- Excellent computer skills for data entry, office applications, and internet research
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and records
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations and data verification tasks
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office setting preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input and update inventory data into various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with speed and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of stock levels, order entries, and product movements using Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Verify data entries through cross-referencing with physical stock counts and other documentation to ensure precision
- Organize and file digital and physical documents related to inventory transactions for easy retrieval
- Assist with data collection activities, including compiling reports and creating pivot tables for analysis
- Support order entry processes by accurately recording incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing, data transcription, and basic math calculations related to inventory counts
