Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
  • 5+ years of proven success in global corporate events or the professional event industry.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally as required.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Italian is considered a significant bonus.
  • Experience using modern project management tools to coordinate complex timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of international events, including concept development, booth design, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Act as the primary liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage complex logistics including intricate travel arrangements, event scheduling, and cross-functional meeting coordination.
  • Provide financial oversight through budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and detailed performance reporting.
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure a consistent brand voice across English and Spanish-speaking markets.
