Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– 2–4 years of experience in executive/administrative support roles in the UAE.
– Prior exposure to vendor registration, documentation, or government portal coordination is preferred.
– Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP knowledge (e.g., Epicor) is a plus.
– Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
– Professional communication skills with ability to handle confidential information.
– Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
– UAE driving license preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
– Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
– Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
– Liaise between executives and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely communication.
– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
– Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
– Support project management activities as required.
– Manage vendor registration processes across client and government portals, including documentation submission, follow-ups, and maintaining updated records.
