REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in managing projects and people to specific outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and formal presentation skills. Excellent business English, but ability to write and communicate in additional languages is an advantage.
- Project manage training events and certification programs for direct and channel sellers.
- Passion for executing high profile training events that drive positive outcomes and highly ranked user experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail, analytical, process-focused. Able to produce high-quality deliverables under deadline.
- Self-motivated; ability to take ownership of assigned projects; ability to work independently and with a team; demonstrated influencing skills.
- Flexible, with the ability to adapt to meet the changing needs of a new team, as we define new roles with mission and responsibilities may evolving over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans and executes marketing events, such as trade shows and customer related events.
- Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
- Procures and coordinates vendor services.
- Coordinates facility, exhibit set-up, equipment and catering requirements.
- Provides on-site event support. May research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.
