Entry-Level Software Quality Assurance (SQA) – React Web Apps

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic understanding of web applications and software testing concepts
• Experience using Jira or another task/bug tracking tool (Trello/Asana/ClickUp also okay)
• Strong attention to detail (you notice the small stuff)
• Clear written communication (you can describe steps to reproduce issues)
• Ability to learn requirements quickly and ask good questions

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (or React familiarity)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Experience writing simple test cases or QA checklists

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn the product workflows and understand what each feature is supposed to do
• Perform manual testing on React.js web applications (desktop + mobile behavior)
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira (or similar tools)
• Write basic test cases/checklists so testing is repeatable
• Re-test bug fixes and confirm issues are resolved
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure requirements are fulfilled
• Ability to re-produce bugs
