RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, account information, and service requests
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct data entry accurately to update client records and transaction logs using Microsoft Office tools
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills to foster positive client interactions
- Support sales efforts by promoting products or services aligned with customer needs and company goals
- Manage client information securely while adhering to confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with team members through virtual communication platforms to ensure seamless service delivery
