Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 0 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or support-related roles (internships are welcome)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
- Experience with CRM systems or internal tools is a plus, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to internal teams
- Coordinate schedules, calendars, and meeting logistics
- Assist with documentation, task tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups
- Help maintain organized workflows and consistent operational procedures
Office & Process Coordination
- Update and manage internal documents, trackers, and shared resources
- Support onboarding activities for new team members, including coordination and documentation
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and records management
- Contribute ideas to improve administrative workflows and operational efficiency
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal operational requests
- Communicate professionally and effectively within remote teams
- Collaborate across departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate information across internal systems and platforms
- Support file organization, process tracking, and data management tasks
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
