Enterprise Sales Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
· [Minimum X years, e.g., 3-5 years] of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector in the UAE.
· Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the UAE BFSI market, its regulations, and key players.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
· Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
· Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the UAE.
Preferred
· Experience with [specific product types, e.g., FinTech solutions, core banking systems, insurance software, investment platforms].
· Knowledge of digital transformation trends and their impact on the BFSI sector.
· Ability to analyze complex data and market insights to inform sales strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Achieve Sales Target: 2 Mil USD of software and service sales
o Identify and prospect potential clients within the BFSI sector through market research, networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
o Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, pain points, and strategic goals.
o Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels within target organizations.
o Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue per customer.
o Develop and deliver compelling, tailored presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services and demonstrate how they address client needs.
o Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert insights to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our offerings.
o Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
o Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the UAE BFSI sector.
o Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
o Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
