REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in hospitality technology.
    • Proven success selling to hotel groups, brands, and ownership companies across MEA.
    • Strong track record of managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other:
    • Ability to travel extensively across MEA (up to 50%).
  • Language Requirements:
    • Fluent in English (required).
    • Arabic and/or French proficiency strongly preferred. Additional regional languages are a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan for selling our client’s cloud-based software and services within MEA.
  • Build and maintain a robust enterprise pipeline targeting hotel groups, brands, and ownership companies.
    • Review and analyze market data to identify strategic targets.
    • Drive proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
    • Respond promptly to inbound leads.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to uncover needs, overcome objections, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Navigate complex decision-making processes, timelines, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial terms.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales quota.
  • Represent our client at major trade shows and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in Salesforce, adhering to SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to implement regional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
  • Partner with Project Management and Account Management teams for smooth onboarding and account growth.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our client’s product portfolio, pricing, and policies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
