Enterprise Account Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, solutions consulting, or client success
- Experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to execute complex product solutions
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence executives at all levels
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred
- Experience with HL7, APIs, or Agile delivery frameworks
- Proficiency with data analytics tools or basic SQL
- Previous experience delivering product-based solutions within the healthcare ecosystem
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own strategic relationships with top urgent care and health system partners
- Lead account health and growth strategies, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal initiatives
- Design and deliver tailored product roadmaps aligned to customer business goals
- Serve as the primary product and technical consultant for partners to support data and insight needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure impactful product adoption
- Drive revenue expansion through value-based consultative selling and contract negotiation
