Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 8–15 years of experience in:
- Enterprise SaaS Products
- Enterprise Account Management
- Freight Forwarding / Logistics Domain
- Customer Relationship & Revenue Management
- Strong expertise in:
- Ocean & Air Freight Operations
- Customs / CHA Processes
- Transportation & Warehousing
- Shipment Lifecycle, Documentation & Billing
- Proven experience handling large enterprise customers across India and Middle East markets.
- Strong track record in:
- Customer acquisition
- Account growth & retention
- Revenue ownership
- Strategic relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience working with Freight Forwarding ERP / SaaS platforms.
- Exposure to digital transformation projects within logistics and supply chain organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and acquire enterprise customers in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, CHA, NVOCC, and Supply Chain sectors.
- Drive consultative customer engagements by understanding business processes and recommending the most suitable SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, solution discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Build and manage enterprise pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with implementation and product teams for smooth customer onboarding and transition.
Enterprise Account Management
- Manage strategic enterprise accounts and build strong \relationships with CXOs, business heads, and operational stakeholders.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, and long-term account growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across business units and regions.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.
- Act as trusted advisor and primary escalation point for key customers.
Customer Success & StakeholderCoordination
- Ensure successful adoption and utilization of the SaaS platform.
- Coordinate with implementation, product, support, and leadership teams to address customer needs and escalations.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate internally for continuous product and service improvement.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
