Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • A track record making a high volume of outbound calls, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or patient outreach.
  • The communication and problem-solving skills to hear a patient’s concern, answer it honestly, and give them what they need to decide for themselves.
  • A firm grasp of patient privacy and HIPAA, and the discipline to protect it on every call.
  • Genuine comfort building rapport and handling questions or pushback over the phone.
  • The ability to explain Medicare-based care programs clearly and handle objections with patience and empathy.
  • A preference for working somewhere built on trust, straight talk, and honest feedback.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude to help you document and stay efficient.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to patients referred by our partner physicians and guide each one from that first hello through a completed enrollment.
  • Walk patients through how the program works — what they get, what’s expected of them, and why it’s worth their time — in plain language they can actually act on.
  • Set patients up with virtual enrollment, confirm their consent, and get their first follow-up booked with our care management team.
  • Earn each patient’s trust and treat every call like the start of a relationship, not a transaction.
  • Work from our call scripts to stay consistent and meet quality standards, but read the room and talk to people like people.
  • Keep enrollment status, consent, and patient details accurate and up to date in the Raya platform.
  • Hit your daily enrollment goals without ever letting call quality slip.
