REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading large teams (30+ members) through complex projects, including conflict resolution, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
• 6+ years of combined experience in JavaScript development, with proven engineering management experience leading SDK or similar software development projects, including hands-on involvement in architecture design and team scaling.
• Strong experience building and deploying crypto wallets, DeFi protocols, and working with Web3 tech stacks (e.g., EVM, Solidity, ethers.js/ web3.js).
• Strong NodeJS and React Native mobile development experience with experience launching and maintaining successful applications.
• Good C++ development experience and understanding of OS, Cryptography and Networking primitives. Experience building Native addons in NodeJS is great to have.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own timely and high-quality delivery of features by establishing clear milestones, conducting code reviews, and working with the project management team to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Manage team leads and individual contributors, organizing workflows according to the product roadmap, including resource allocation, sprint planning, and performance evaluations to foster team growth and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and research to ensure SDK compatibility across platforms, resolve integration issues, and align on technical standards.
• Ensure that the solutions developed are of high technical standards and follows robust architectural practices established within the company
