REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, events, customer experience, or community management.
Experience planning and executing corporate events, customer engagement activities, or community events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience within the real estate industry is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

Plan, organize, and coordinate customer engagement events, community gatherings, project launches, and special activations.
Support the development and execution of CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships.
Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, invitations, registrations, and on-site support.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Develop and maintain engagement calendars and activity schedules.
Create and distribute customer communications, including event invitations, newsletters, announcements, and surveys.
Monitor customer participation and gather feedback to measure engagement effectiveness.
Maintain accurate customer databases and event records within CRM systems.
Prepare reports on event performance, attendance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics.
Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs.
Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and brand guidelines.
