Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant specialization preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant UAE HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations, retail, hospitality, or a multi-branch environment.
- Experience dealing with frontline employees and employee grievances will be highly preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Must be willing and comfortable to travel regularly between salon branches.
- Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent listening and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Approachable, empathetic, and mature in handling sensitive employee matters.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment regulations.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
RESPONSIBILITES
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Regularly visit Grand Flora salon branches and maintain direct contact with employees.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and one-to-one discussions.
- Listen to employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Act as a bridge between employees, salon management, and the HR team.
- Handle employee concerns professionally, confidentially, and objectively.
- Identify potential employee relations issues and escalate them to the HR Manager when required.
- Support HR in disciplinary matters, investigations, warnings, and other employee relations cases.
- Employee Welfare & Wellbeing
- Conduct regular employee welfare and wellbeing checks at salon locations.
- Check on employees’ general workplace wellbeing, morale, and satisfaction.
- Identify employees who may require additional HR support.
- Coordinate with management regarding employee welfare concerns.
- Support employee health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities across salon branches.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and gather suggestions for workplace improvement.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.
- Identify ways to improve employee motivation, retention, and satisfaction.
- Support HR initiatives, celebrations, recognition programs, and employee activities.
- Field HR Operations
- Follow a structured schedule for visiting different salon branches.
- Maintain regular communication with Branch/Salon Managers.
- Monitor employee attendance, general discipline, and workplace concerns during branch visits.
- Support HR with onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR activities when required.
- Prepare regular branch visit reports, employee feedback reports, grievance reports, and action trackers.
- Ensure all employee matters are properly documented and followed through to closure.
