REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified lawyer with relevant experience in financial-services, fintech, payments, or regulatory law.
• Strong understanding of payment-services regulation and financial technology business models.
• Experience advising businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Advise business and product teams on payment-services and financial-services regulatory requirements across EMEA.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on products, operations, and commercial activities.
• Support licensing, regulatory registrations, and relationships with financial regulators and authorities.
• Partner with compliance, risk, product, and commercial teams on regulatory matters and strategic initiatives.
